CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. • No-Call / No-Show: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 8 minutes late will be subject to a 50% late fee, and the appointment will be rescheduled. • Rescheduling Limit: Appointments may only be rescheduled up to 2 times. After the second reschedule, future bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
